This is system is designed to better accommodate your needs & only works when our customers are actively using it.  There is a $1.50 charge upon reserving that is automatically added to your ticket price. VIP Casino Express Terms and Conditions:
As of January 2, 2010, VIP Tour & Charter Bus Company will be taking reservations for the VIP Casino Express Daily Line Run To Foxwoods Resort Casino. VIP reserves the right to cancel the line run on any date due to weather or lack of customer response. VIP may cancel up to 4 days prior of transportation date. Online reservations are not available within 4 days of transportation date. For reservations within 4 days of departure, please call 207-772-4457. If you have reserved and paid for ticket on a particular date, and VIP cancels, you will receive your money back or you may apply it to a different date. Otherwise, there are no refunds. Tickets are valid for same day only. If returning a different day, you must purchase another ticket and reservation. VIP will allow customers to board that have not made a reservation as long as there are enough seats available to do so. There is no assigned seating on the Casino Express. When requesting accessible travel, contact VIP office at 207-772-4457 at least 48 hours in advance of your transportation date. If you are using a bus voucher from Foxwoods or have purchased a ticket from a VIP ticket agent, please call VIP at 207-772-4457 and reserve the date in which you will use your voucher or pre-purchased ticket. Otherwise, you will not have a reservation and seating will be subject to availability. Bonus package is subject to change.

How do I make a reservation to go to Foxwoods on the VIP Casino Express?
You can make reservations by visiting our "Casino Reservations" page and filling out the provided online reservation form. Also, if you already have a ticket or voucher, you may call 207-772-4457 and reserve with VIP's office personnel.

Are reservations required?
VIP requests that all passengers begin making reservations for the Casino Express, either online or by calling the main office at 207-772-4457. At this time, VIP is still accepting walk-on customers while the new system of making reservations is catching on. VIP reserves the right to cancel the Casino Express for lack of reservations. Therefore, the more that begin making reservations, the more efficient and reliable the Casino Express will be.

Can I stay Overnight and come back the next day with the same ticket?
Tickets are valid for same day only. If you would like to stay the night at Foxwoods and return a different day, you must purchase another ticket/reservation. There is no one-way fare.

How do I buy tickets with my Dream Card?
Vouchers for bus tickets can be purchased at Foxwoods with your Dream Points. These vouchers can be redeemed for tickets directly with our Drivers on the bus or at our Office. The vouchers have an expiration date of 90 days from purchase.

Do you have ticket agents that I can purchase Casino Express tickets from? If so, where?

Yes, we have several ticket agents that sell our Casino Express Tickets for us;

What are the age requirements?

You may ride the casino express regardless of your age. However, in order to receive a Bonus Package from Foxwoods, you must be 21 years of age. The legal age to gamble is 21.

Can I leave my belongings on the coach?
Yes, you may leave your belongings on the coach. However, if you do so, you will not have access to these items until you re-board to return home at 5:15pm. The coach parks offsite and will not be available to you.

If I spend the night, how will I know if there is a seat available for me the next day?
We cannot guarantee a seat for your return unless it is a same-day round-trip. VIP has implemented a reservation system where you can reserve a seat for the day of your return. VIP reserves the right to cancel due to weather or lack of reservations. If you have not made a reservation, in the morning on the day of your return, you may call 207-772-4457 and ask how many seats are available, we will know by 9:00am. If the bus were full, with no room to take you home, or was canceled, the Greyhound bus service as regular departures as well (1-800-231-2222).

Will I arrive in time for Bingo?
Early Bird Bingo generally starts at 10:30am, we arrive by 11:00am. Therefore, you do not arrive for the beginning, but you still arrive in time for some of Bingo. If you need more information, please call

1-800-PLAY-BIG. It’s best to check with Foxwoods if you are interested in making reservations for Bingo.
